Base Booking fee: $300

This accounts for booking a service, concepting the shoot, preparing material, etc.

Hourly: $100/hr + $40/hr editing

(about 3-4 hours per hour of shooting)

Menu Design / Cocktail Consulting

Base Booking fee: $1000

This accounts for creative concepting, menu drafts, costing documentation, final menu design, plus instructions for cocktail preparation, + staff training

Hourly: $50/hr

(approximate around 100 total hours from beginning to end of project)

You can expect to receive a world class level cocktail menu of 8-10 signature cocktails + a collection of classics to fit your program delivered in a format fully customized by Hatzfeld Creative based on your preferences. Our menus have received national acclaim and have been featured at James Beard nominated bar like John Brown’s Underground as well as Spirited Awards nominated bars such as Fern Bar in Kansas City.
